So on May 1st we begin our
Jump Into Your Summer Bod Challenge
This Challenge will consist of:
Strength
Cardio
Lymphatic detoxification
Flexibility
A Daily Gratitude Journal
Meal prep focus
Our mission with this challenge is to help our in-studio and Livestream members feel stronger, get closer to reaching their fitness goals and commit to their health as their number 1 priority.
In 30 days you are guaranteed to feel :

What is required of you ?
Commit to at least 5 Radical Rebounding classes/week in studio or livestream
Write a daily gratitude journal of 5 things you genuinely appreciate in your life
Plan your meals for the week and set yourself up for success in healthy eating
Incorporate 30 grams of protein per meal/day
Journal your self talk and adjust to positive self talk where necessary

Posture/Physiology
Where we place our attention will determine how much our thoughts drain or amplify our energy. Where we focus is where we go.
If we are constantly putting ourselves down with our self talk, we will drain our own energy.
How we stand and move our body will either give us energy or drain us (think of a time you felt depressed, how did you stand?). Our body posture can change our mind in seconds.
